Ever wondered about the history of this lovely old pub?
The first beer was poured here in the first week of December, 1900. It wasn't poured in the beautiful building you have come to know ans love a s'The Quinny'; the original pub was mud brick, and was only in operation for 3 years. The 'new' brick pub was built in 1903 and ran for twenty years, at which time the owner of the day, Mr Morgan, decided to build what currently stands. His vision was to create a unique holiday destination, complete with swimming pool (i.e. the dam out back), tennis courts (now our carpark!), golf and hunting.
The Quindanning Hotel is still a 'destination' pub - people come from miles around to catch up with friends and family, eat great food and drink cold beers! They also come for the music.
On the 8th December, to cellebrate a pub on this site for 118 years, we are proud to present The Memphis Rockers - a great 1950's Rock 'n' Roll band. Get your big-skirted frocks out and put your dancing shoes on, for a night of fun, feasting and fantastic entertainment.
Tickets only $27.50; $10 for kids 16 and under. Free Camping available.
